How much does delivery cost?All UK mainland orders are delivered FREE of charge. However please note that there may be additional surcharges for Highlands & Islands of Scotland and other destinations as these are levied by our Carriers.
How long will it take?We aim to cut your foam and dispatch your order within the next working day of receipt. Your order should arrive the following day. In the case of large items over 1.5 meters in length an additional working day for delivery may be needed.
Who will deliver my goods?Your order will be shipped using nationally recognised couriers. The courier will require a signature on delivery.
Can I have items delivered to a different address than that associated with my credit card?Yes, to make life easier, especially if you are working, we also offer you the opportunity to have your order delivered to an address other than that of the cardholder. Please specify at the time of ordering.
Can I order goods from outside the UK?Please call us first to arrange it.

eFoam will gladly replace any incorrectly supplied foam. However, in the case of our memory products, by law in UK we have to sell NEW PRODUCTS ONLY.
For this reason and hygienic concerns we cannot accept any returns.
eFoam is happy to provide all its customers with new products only.
Note: we are unable to exchange or refund foam cut to order and items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Like a new car, foam has a "new foam" fragrance. This fragrance can take from six to nine weeks to dissipate. Various types of foams have different fragrances and their intensity varies also. Variances in colour are intrinsic to foam production and do not affect the quality of the product.
The EU Distance Selling Directive now forms a part of UK law, courtesy of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Our customers acknowledge and accept that our products and services are of a 'customised' nature and as such the regulations do not apply. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Postage is not refundable.
