How much does delivery cost?

We try to make this as simple as possible, which is why we offer free delivery on all orders over £100. On orders below £100, we charge a flat rate of only £9.99 per delivery. Unlike many online retailers we do not charge you per item.

How long will it take?

We aim to dispatch your order within the next working day of receipt. Once dispatched your order should arrive the following day.

Who will deliver my goods?

Your order will be shipped using nationally recognised couriers. The carrier will require a signature on delivery.

Can I have items delivered to a different address than that associated with my credit card?

Yes, to make life easier, especially if you are working, we also offer you the opportunity to have your order delivered to an address other than that of the cardholder. Please specify at the time of ordering.

Can I order goods from outside the UK?
