How much does delivery cost?All UK mainland orders are delivered FREE of charge.
Surcharges will apply to the following post codes: IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20, PA34 to PA88, PH19 to PH50, TR21 to TR25, BT, JE, GY, ZE, HS, IM and PO30 to PO41. Additionally Insured freight and abnormal sizes may also incur surcharges.
How long will it take?Please note we are now operating under COVID-19 government guidelines. Therefore, our standard operational procedures may not apply in some cases.
We aim to cut your foam and dispatch your order within the next working day of receipt. Your order should arrive the following day. Small items less than 5kg in weight may take an additional 2 to 3 days. Similarly larger items over 1.5 metres in length may require an additional working day.
Please note: Due to ever increasing carriage costs and parcel size constraints imposed by carriers we reserve the right to change the delivery service which we use to send your items. For urgent requirements please call us.
Who will deliver my goods?Your order will be shipped using nationally recognised couriers. The courier will require a signature on delivery.
Can I have items delivered to a different address than that associated with my credit card?Yes, to make life easier, especially if you are working, we can deliver to an address other than that of the cardholder. Just enter the address on the order page.
Can I order goods from outside the UK?Please call us first to arrange it.

eFoam will gladly replace any incorrectly supplied foam. However, in the case of our memory products, by law in UK we have to sell NEW PRODUCTS ONLY. For this reason and hygienic concerns we cannot accept any returns.
eFoam is happy to provide all its customers with new products only.
We are unable to exchange or refund bespoke cut to order foam and items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Please note, like a new car, foam also has a 'new foam' smell/fragrance. This can take some weeks to dissipate. Depending on the foam grade, the intensity can also vary. However, in many cases, this is un-noticeable and intrinsic to the foam's quality & performance. Foam can naturally change colour slightly when exposed to light & air; this is an entirely normal process in all foam grades and has no bearing on the quality or performance.
eFoam are not able to accept a return based on the variance of colour or foam fragrance.
All foam products should be unpackaged on receipt to allow the foam to reform after being compressed for transportation. Packages should not remain unopened for long periods as this can cause permanent compression in the foams, below our standard manufacturing tolerances.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, forms a part of UK law. Our customers acknowledge and accept that our products and services are tailor-made and of a 'customised' nature, and as such the regulations do not apply. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Postage is not refundable.
