Our Story

eFoam started in 1983 as a foam-cutting operation serving the West Midlands furniture trade. In May 2000 the business was incorporated as Simply Foam Products Ltd, and we launched our online cut-to-size service from the same factory floor in Bilston. Today we operate a purpose-built manufacturing facility just down the road from the original premises, and ship to tens of thousands of UK customers a year. Our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation has been held continuously since May 2001, and we have been members of FIRA and Made in Britain for many years.

Over the decades the business has grown from cutting foam for local upholsterers into supplying every kind of UK customer who needs foam to fit a specific job — from cabin boats and motor homes to country churches and holiday parks. The factory floor in Bilston has stayed the same in spirit: bespoke cutting to your measurements, free next working day delivery, and a small team you can phone directly for technical advice.
