Alongside recycling our foam offcuts into reconstituted chip foam, we also supply 10kg bales of upholstery and memory foam offcuts direct from our UK factory, delivered straight to your doorstep. It is a versatile, budget-friendly material that is perfect for crafting, packaging and DIY projects. All foam grades in the bale are fire retardant and comply with the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 & amendments.
Versatile uses for foam offcuts
Foam offcuts are the pieces left over from our foam manufacturing, and they can be repurposed for all sorts of applications:
Crafting & DIY projects: ideal for stuffing cushions, pet beds and plush toys. They also add volume to costumes and are perfect for model making and abstract art.
Packaging: cost-effective cushioning that protects delicate items in transit, with excellent shock absorption.
Safety solutions: used in foam pits for skate parks and gyms to create soft landing areas, and to add protection to climbing walls and children's play areas.
Each bale weighs approximately 10kg and contains entirely random sizes, shapes and colours of foam. Please note that, because these are offcuts, we cannot specify exactly which foam grades, colours, shapes or sizes will be included at the time of purchase.
