How To Use Pre-Cubed Foam — 3 Simple Steps:
Step 1 — Mark Your Layout
Arrange your items on the foam grid leaving adequate space between each one. When you're happy with the layout, mark around them with chalk or use toothpicks as guides.

Step 2 — Remove the Plugs
Carefully and slowly remove each foam cube/plug in one piece by pulling from the centre. Work outward from your marked area for best results.

Step 3 — Insert Your Items
Place your items into the custom cutouts for a snug, protective fit. If any areas feel loose, replace a plug and secure with our foam spray adhesive.

Our standard sheets are 560 x 350mm (22" x 13.8") which fits most popular carry cases and equipment cases. The foam can be easily trimmed with scissors or a craft knife to fit smaller cases. For non-standard sizes please contact us for a bespoke cut.
What thickness should I choose — 25mm or 50mm?
This depends on the depth of your items. The 25mm option works well for flatter items like documents, tablets or thin electronics. The 50mm is better for cameras, lenses, tools and anything with more depth. You can also stack multiple layers to achieve the exact depth you need.
Can I reuse the foam plugs I remove?
Yes — keep the removed plugs as they can be used to fill gaps around items that aren't a perfect fit, or to adapt the layout if your equipment changes. Use our foam spray adhesive to secure them in place permanently if needed.
Which type of pre-cubed foam is best for cameras and optics?

Do you sell individual layers or only full packs?
We sell both — you can buy a single pre-cubed layer with one lining layer, or packs of 5 pre-cubed layers with 6 lining layers for cases that need multiple levels of storage.
